Our Board of Directors

Michelle Waugh CEO

Michelle is a real estate agent working in Central NJ. She is mother to 3, step mother to 3 and wife of Rudhord Waugh, also a board member of Mitzy's People. Michelle always knew she would serve her community in some capacity and has served as Committee Chair of the Community Outreach Committee at her local Real Estate Board office. Church is very important to her and Sunday is off limits to work and is set aside for worship and family. Michelle is a member of the Upperroom Church.


Rudhord Waugh

Rudhord is a father to four and step-father to two. He is an instructor at Con Edison in NY and has been there for 36 years. He is married to Michelle Waugh, CEO of this organization. In his spare time he loves to tinker with cars and tend to his gardens. Jesus is the head of his household and as such he lives his life as a testimony of His grace and love. Sunday is for Church, dinner is always around the dining room table and respect is still paramount. Rudy worships at the Upperroom Church.


Christian Hunter

Christian Hunter graduated from Dunellen High School and went on to earn his Bachelor's degree from Rutgers in Computer Science. He currently works as a programming engineer at Google. In his free time he loves to hike and spend time with family and friends and write code.


Kevaughn Hunter

Kevaughn Hunter is a writer and also an adjunct professor at CCNY who graduated from the High School for Mathematics and Science in NY. He earned his Bachelor's and Masters degrees at CCNY. He spends his free time watching his favorite shows, reading, playing games or working on lessons for the week.


Sharon Stewart

Sharon was born in Newark and moved to Piscataway where she graduated High school. Sharon has served as a volunteer for over 20 years in culinary and usher ministries at various Churches including Rose of Sharon Community Church and New Life Family Worship Church. She has served in the public sector and in non profit organizations as a Social Worker and life skills educator and has received the NJ State award for community service. Sharon worships at New Life Family Worship.


Talisa Waugh

Talisa Waugh was born in NYC where she graduated high school. She currently resides in North Carolina and is mother to a 5 year old. When she's not working she enjoys baking, DIY projects and enthusiastically seeks ways of volunteering in her community.
